Milton and Susan Koch first learned about cystic fibrosis and the Foundation in 1979, after meeting Gayle Greenberg, a mother to a child with CF, at their local country club. Their family quickly got involved, raising money at swim-a-thons and tennis tournaments for Mitch, Gayle’s son.
Many years later, their grandson, Jude, was diagnosed at birth with CF. Emotionally overwhelmed, they picked up the phone and called Gayle. Today, the Koch’s reflect on the progress we have made together as we celebrate our 65th anniversary this year.
